Prepare the package

Place the items inside a box, preferably the original one. We also invite you to follow the instructions you will receive by email to correctly complete the procedure.

Please also note that returns can only be shipped from the same country in which the order was received. If sent from a different country, it will be held in customs.

Quality control 

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.
 

Refund

Once the package has arrived and been verified at our warehouse, you will receive your refund.
